The
‘subjectivity’, ‘sociality’, and ‘discursivity’, which are revealed in the description of Western Music History, are examined in terms of ‘constructiveness’ of historical writing. Methodologically, we link the poststructuralist sociological theories (Sociology of Knowledge and Sociology of Practice) with the historical theories of New Historicism, and apply the theoretical basis that can be obtained through this linkage to the music historiographical phenomenon. The purpose of this paper is to
discuss the sociological and historical aspects of the formation of the narrative structure of Western Music History that has been formed and changed from enlightenment to the present. 키워드열기/닫기 버튼, , , , , , , , , Western Music History, Historiography of Music, Historical Musicology, Historical Writing, New Historicism, Master Narratives, Sociology of Knowledge, Sociology of Practice, Johann Nikolas Forkel, Carl Dahlhaus 피인용 횟수
